Returns
Request to Returns items must be made within 3 days of receipt of the order, and the item returned no later than 7 days after they have been received. Please email us to arrange returns. Returns will only be accepted after a return authorisation number has been issued by CELEBRATION TOPPERS.
Once the order arrives back at our offices, and is confirmed to be in 'as new' condition, a refund will be given to the original item price, excluding all p&p costs.
Items received back without a return authorisation number, or show signs of use, or wear and tear, will Not receive a credit or refund.
Due to Food health regulations, we are unable to accept returns of any items purchased from our Sugarpaste / Icing, Consumables & Edible Glitter Categories. This also includes unopened items.
